Job Description
Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation offers high-quality physical therapy and occupational therapy services in Houston. The Memorial Hermann | Rockets Sports Medicine Institute provides athletes of all ages with treatment services to reach their personal athletic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited university-based Physical Therapy program
- Current or temporary license to practice Physical Therapy by Texas Board of Physical Therapy Examiners or by the Physical Therapy Compact Commission
- Current certification in Basic Life Support
- Physical therapist practicing direct access: Doctoral degree along with a residency or fellowship program, OR Licensed therapist with 30 hours of continuing competence activities in differential diagnosis
