ARRT registration in Radiology, 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, and BLS certification
CT/XRAY TECHNOLOGIST
Requires 2 years experience as a CT Technologist and graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
MAMMOGRAPHY TECHNOLOGIST
2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist, ARRT registration in Radiology (R) and Mammography (M), and a Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technologist program
REHABILITATION SPECIALIST
1 year of experience, Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or related field, current BLS certification
PHARMACIST
21 years of age, unencumbered License/Certification for State of Colorado, Current BLS or ACLS, and hours as required for Pharmacy License
RESPIRATORY THERAPIST
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, RRT credential required, 1+ year of experience in general respiratory care preferred
CERTIFIED REGISTERED NURSE ANESTHETIST
3+ years experience, pediatric experience required, unrestricted Colorado License, certification by Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists, ACLS, PALS
Forensic Examiner - SANE/SAFE - PRN
RN level or above with SANE training completed by 6 months of hire
CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT
1 year of experience, High school diploma, and Colorado Certified Nursing Assistant Certification required
RAPID CARE CLINIC PRACTICE MANAGER
Bachelor's degree in a related field, 3 years of experience managing a medical practice, and a clinical license
