Transition Specialist- Evening Reporting Center-PART-TIME

This part-time Transition Specialist position at the MEMPHIS, TN facility provides and builds a sustainable model for career exploration and readiness for juvenile justice youth. The role involves evaluating participants, developing plans to address behavioral, social, psychological and career readiness issues, and facilitates individual and group counseling. The role maintains accurate case records and supports the implementation of intensive support and career readiness services.
