Commodity Specialist

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Commodity Specialist to support strategic sourcing and purchasing activities across assigned commodity categories. The role works closely with suppliers and internal partners to execute sourcing strategies, manage purchasing activity, analyze performance, and support cost-savings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Engineering, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; internships or related work experience preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of sourcing, purchasing, and supply chain principles.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with comfort working with KPIs and supplier metrics.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement tools such as A3, RCA, and 5S is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard reporting tools.
• Collaborative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
