Menasha Corporation is seeking a General Laborer to aid in the efficient operation of production. The role involves performing miscellaneous job duties, demonstrating commitment to safety and quality, and understanding production work orders and computer systems.

Requirements

• Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
• Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
• Understand production work orders, load tags, palletizing instructions, time sheets and all other relevant documents
• Perform quality checks on products and identify defects
• Maintain production efficiencies and standards
• Perform miscellaneous job functions in an accurate and efficient manner
• Assist the Operators in efficient operation of the machine centers
• Play an active role in the maintenance and cleanliness of assigned equipment and surrounding work area
• Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
