Maintenance Mechanic - Weekend Shift

Menasha Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to join their team. The successful candidate will have expertise in maintenance and be able to keep operations running smoothly. This role offers competitive pay and the opportunity for continuous growth. Weekend shifts are available.

Requirements

• Completing preventive maintenance requirements of all equipment
• Handling basic repairs and maintenance
• Troubleshooting machinery and performing routine preventative maintenance
• Repairing machines and equipment, as necessary
• Preventing unexpected machine breakdowns
• Reading, interpreting, and following instructions and operation manuals
• Understanding how to use measuring equipment
• Ability to breakdown, repair, rebuild, and troubleshoot Production Machines
• Ability to make simple parts or equipment and tools
• Work in a safe and efficient manner using all personal protective, safety equipment, and devices that are required, and comply with company safety policies and procedures
• Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
