Job Description
Menasha Corporation is seeking a Quality Coordinator to assist the Quality Manager in implementing, maintaining, and improving quality and continuous improvement processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of auditing, training, and quality management principles.
Requirements
- Execute consistent implementation, auditing, and evaluation of Menasha Packaging operating processes & procedures
- Develop and train individual teams of the facility
- Maintain and report Key Performance Indicators relevant to the Quality, NCR Trending, SIP Program and Continuous Improvement (CI) arena
- Analyze nonconformance report data and trends – share with facility management – develop and administer corrective action plans
- Execute root cause analysis - assist with close-loop corrective actions and follow up throughout the departments of the facility
- Identify business process improvements and report existing deficiencies to management
