Senior Corporate Counsel

Menasha Corporation seeks a Senior Corporate Counsel to join its in-house legal team at its corporate headquarters. The attorney will handle a broad range of issues including corporate, commercial, and employment matters for the Corporation in North America and Europe.

Requirements

• Provide legal counsel on corporate, commercial, labor and employment matters, and other areas as assigned
• Review, draft, and negotiate commercial contracts
• Handle employment matters as they arise including questions regarding employment agreements, employee benefits, and compliance with state and federal employment and discrimination laws
• Support the General Counsel with respect to shareholder relations and corporate governance
• Assist in the creation, implementation, and refinement of forms, policies, and procedures
• Supervise, manage and evaluate outside counsel
