Job Description
MCHC Health Centers is hiring a dedicated Float Provider (MD, DO, NP, or PA) to deliver primary care coverage across three sites (Ukiah, Willits, and Lakeport). This role offers flexibility in schedule, with no panel management requirements. The provider will treat patients with same-day and acute care needs.
Requirements
- Licensed MD/DO, NP, or PA in the state of California
- Comfortable working independently in a team-based model
- Strong acute care/urgent care skills
- Flexible and adaptable with excellent communication
