Provide supportive and safe environment for individuals with brain injuries in community residential settings, traveling to different locations as needed. Foster growth, independence, and community engagement.

Requirements

• Respectful, person-centered support to participants in daily living activities
• Promote community integration by facilitating access to transportation, social activities, and external resources
• Assist with financial skills and money management
• Respond to emergencies and crisis situations
• Advocate for participants and help them build self-advocacy skills
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
