The Clinician will work in a community behavioral health setting, providing services to individuals, couples and/or families experiencing a mental health and/or substance use need. The Clinician will work with the Clinic Director to design and lead/co-lead groups meeting the unique needs of the greater community and agency.
Requirements
- Provide assessment, treatment planning, and consultation for pre-crisis and crisis plans, behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, positive behavior plans, medication treatment plans, and related interventions.
- Complete all required documentation in a timely manner, meeting regulatory standards.
- Utilize evidence-based screening tools and collaborate with teams to develop and implement positive behavior support plans.
- Actively participate in licensing, accreditation, and compliance processes.
- Serve as a liaison to relevant service systems, state agencies, and community partners; establish and maintain relationships to support programs, partnerships, and funding opportunities.
- Pursue professional growth through conferences, trainings, statewide meetings, task forces, committees, and other relevant activities.
- Promote and integrate agency mission, values, philosophy, and principles in all aspects of work.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Clinic Director.
