Job Description
Multisystemic Therapy (MST) is a program focused on empowering youth and families to address challenging behavior and promote long-term behavioral change. The role involves managing a team of therapists, conducting supervision, and delivering individualized MST treatment. The position is suitable for those with a passion for working with children and families in Curry, Roosevelt, Quay County and surrounding areas, and an interest in working with families, youth, their communities, and key members of their ecology. This position requires close collaboration with all involved to implement MST principles and treatment.
Requirements
- Full Time, Exempt Position
- Starting salary: $65,025.00 + depending on licensure and experience
- Educational Requirements: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, or Social Work
- LMHC or LMSW license required
- Bilingual-Spanish Speaking is highly encouraged
