Account Manager

Mento is a human and AI coaching company that aims to help people perform their best at work. We're looking for an Account Manager to partner with the VP of Customer Experience to support the full partner lifecycle, including implementation, renewal, and expansion.

Requirements

• Own day-to-day account management
• Partner cross-functionally with coaching operations, product/engineering, sales, and leadership teams
• Design and execute partner-specific programs
• Own the operational rhythm of partner success
• Drive engagement and utilization for partners
• Build and maintain partner-facing documentation
• Identify opportunities for program expansion and collaborate with Partner Success to close expansion deals
