Job Description
Womento is seeking Chief Legal Officer (CLO) or General Counsel Coaches to provide 1:1 coaching to members, helping them develop leadership skills, improve communication, and feel engaged. The role involves using the Mento Platform and tools, sharing insights, and acting as an ambassador for the company's mission. Coaches must participate in ICF-certified coaching training before working with members.
Requirements
- 20+ years experience as a General Counsel or Chief Legal Officer
- Leadership experience coaching individuals
- Self-awareness and high emotional intelligence
- Comfortable working in a startup environment
- Minimum 12+ hours of coaching per month for 24+ months
- Ability to work remotely in North America or Europe
