Job Description
Mento is seeking senior leaders in HR to provide personalized coaching to members. Coaches will work 1:1 with members, setting goals, improving communication, and facilitating problem-solving. The company offers a supportive environment, rapid growth, and a focus on impactful coaching. It's a part-time, contract position based on member demand.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience managing HR teams and coaching individuals
- Prior experience in leadership or coaching certifications ( ICF is a plus)
- Self-awareness, high emotional intelligence, and a growth-mindset
- Comfort working in a startup environment
- Minimum of 12+ hours per month coaching Mento for 24+ months
- Must be able to work with Mento for at least 24 months
