Sr. Product Design Coach

We are looking for a Sr. Product Design Coach to form 1:1 partnerships with our members, help them identify and track clear goals, and develop their leadership and coaching skills.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience managing product design teams and coaching individuals
• Coaching certification is a plus but not required
• Self-aware, high emotional IQ, and ability to create a safe space for others to be vulnerable
• Growth mindset and ability to dedicate a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for 18+ months
