Facilities Supervisor

Mentor Technical Group (MTG) is seeking a Facilities Supervisor to oversee facility maintenance repairs and physical operation. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a Science or Engineering discipline and a proven track record of leading teams and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements

• Plan and organize facility maintenance repairs and physical operation
• Supervise subordinate supervisors and craft workers
• Direct facility repairs, installations, and maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws and regulations
• Manage emergency repair jobs and inspect field work
• Administer contracts and review work of contractors
• Analyze and investigate maintenance and personnel problems
• Prepare written reports and identify safety hazards
• Monitor and maintain facilities operational condition
• Exhibit customer-oriented behavior and promote excellent relationships with clients
• Manage technical issues and guarantee top quality of services provided
• Create/develop customer relations and new business opportunities
• Comply with MENTOR administrative requirements
