Scheduler/Planner

We are seeking a Scheduler/Planner to join our team. As a Scheduler/Planner, you will plan, coordinate, and maintain production schedules, personnel assignments, and resource allocation in alignment with operational requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–10 years’ experience in scheduling, production planning, or resource coordination, preferably in FDA-regulated or life sciences environments.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of scheduling tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
