After School Site Director, Abilene ('26-'27)

Part-Time Site Director leading After School location, shaping team culture, supporting student growth, and building trusted relationships within the school community.

Requirements

• Agree with and exhibit behaviors in accordance with the Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred
• Have a passion and love for working with elementary school-aged children
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred
• Able to work Monday- Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year
• Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• Valid driver’s license or Valid ID
• Legally allowed to work in the United States
• Have dependable transportation
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued
