After School Staff, Tyler ('25-'26)

Mentoring Alliance is seeking part-time staff to work with elementary school-aged children in an after-school setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with kids and be devoted to excellence, wholeheartedness, and developing kids to reach their full potential.

Requirements

• Agree with and exhibit behaviors in accordance with the Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith
• Must be at least 17 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred
• Able to work Monday- Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year
• Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• Valid driver’s license or Valid ID
• Legally allowed to work in the United States
• Have dependable transportation
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued
