After School Site Director, Waco ('25-'26)

Mentoring Alliance is looking for a Part-Time After School Site Director in Waco. The Site Director will lead a team, support student growth, and build relationships with families. The ideal candidate has a passion for working with elementary school-aged children, is willing to work Monday-Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year, and has a high school diploma or G.E.D. and some post-secondary training.

Requirements

• Agree with and exhibit behaviors in accordance with the Mentoring Alliance Statement of Faith
• Must be at least 17 years of age; High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred and some post-secondary training highly preferred
• Have a passion and love for working with elementary school-aged children
• Experience working with elementary school-aged children is preferred
• Able to work Monday- Friday 2:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. during the school calendar year
• Ability to earn CPR/First Aid certification (mandatory)
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• Valid driver’s license or Valid ID
• Legally allowed to work in the United States
• Have dependable transportation
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued
