Ficus Health is building for the hospital of the future using AI innovations. The company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the team and shape the product further.

Requirements

• Proven track record of building successful web applications
• Senior level experience with React/Next.js
• Senior level experience of at least one Python-based backend framework (Django Rest Framework, FastAPI, Flask)
• Solid DevOps and infrastructure knowledge (Terraform, k8s, Docker, AWS)
• Solid knowledge about using, integrating and deploying speech-to-text models and LLMS (managed service & self-hosting)
• Experience with working in a highly dynamic early-stage startup
• Pragmatic, hands-on mentality
• Willingness to learn and experiment
• Strong communication skills in English
