The Personal Assistant will provide high-level administrative and personal support to top management, ensuring effective coordination of schedules, logistics, documentation, and confidential tasks.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration / Management / Communication
- Min. 3 years experience as Executive Assistant / PA supporting C-level
- Excellent command of English (active & passive)
- Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and integrity
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, calendar tools (Outlook/Google), and task tracking tools (Asana/Trello)
