Requirements

• Graduate in Engineering, Management Control, Administration or related fields, with a focus on process optimization
• High analytical data capacity for decision-making and communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders and lead teams
• Advanced Microsoft Excel management (database management) and high-impact presentation tools for management reporting
• Solid knowledge in logistics operations, distribution centers, and training or technical training methodologies
• Ability to work from 09:00 to 18:00 hours in person at the Distribution Center
