Mercado Livre is seeking a Senior Analyst for Recruitment and Selection for Market Shipments. As a member of the team, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and incorporating top talent for the Market Envios Operations Structure. You will promote the use of selection processes and tools, ensure the best experience for candidates, and lead metrics and dashboards for Talent Acquisition management.

Requirements

• Complete Higher Education degree in Administration, Psychology, Communication, Engineering or Economics
• Extensive experience in Recruitment and Selection with high volume of vacancies (massive), techniques and strategies in Operations or Logistics
• Tools for creating and managing indicators, analyzing and generating insights, identifying risks and opportunities throughout the selection process
