Job Description
Join Mercado Livre's Market Deliveries team as a Logistics Team Leader and contribute to leading logistics in Latin America. Develop custom-made solutions, integrate local and regional carriers, and drive a commerce that doesn't recognize borders. Lead a team, identify opportunities for improvement, and exceed area goals.
Requirements
- Complete higher education in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality, or Engineering
- Experience in people management, leadership in problem-solving, and routine management
- Data analysis and indicators, good communication, didactics, and a sense of urgency
- Knowledge of the Office Package (Mainly Excel/Sheets)
- Availability to work in Guarulhos, on a shift basis
