Job Description
Join Mercado Livre as a Logistics Team Leader to lead the logistics team in Latin America, offering customized global-class solutions and integrating local and regional carriers. The role involves structuring the operational team, implementing people management strategies, and leading critical process analysis to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Requirements
- Completed higher education degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related areas
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and PDCA with a focus on root cause analysis and problem-solving
- Availability to act in person in Cascavel/PR from Monday to Saturday from 00:00 to 07:30 in the morning
