Requirements
- Business sense and problem-solving skills to connect business objectives, operational constraints, and analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical solutions to different audiences and influence decisions based on data.
- Solid knowledge of optimization techniques, such as Linear Programming, Mixed-Integer Programming, heuristics, and metaheuristics.
- Previous experience with Machine Learning techniques (e.g., supervised models, forecasting, clustering, or scoring models).
- Advanced knowledge of data structures and software design, as well as proficiency in a programming language like C/C++ or Python.
