Requirements
- Developing high-quality code, complex refactorings, and code reviews.

- Making data-driven decisions, using dashboards, analytical tools, and team experience.
- Designing distributed architectures applying advanced patterns.
- Defining testing strategies and observability, implementing automated tests, metrics, and logs to ensure reliability and performance.
