Requirements

• Has a complete higher education qualification
• Proven experience in people management
• Seniority and career maturity
• High negotiation and prioritization capacity with sharp sense of urgency
• Prior experience in projects and implementation of new operations
• Practical and solid knowledge in process structuring, continuous improvement, experience in areas such as Quality, Logistics, Production or Retail
• Possessing a systemic vision and sharp logical reasoning, capable of identifying opportunities and proposing improvements, making decisions based on data and indicators
• Knowing tools and methods such as root cause analysis, Ishikawa, Lean, PDCA, Google Sheets, and Google Presentations
