Requirements
- Has a complete higher education qualification
- Proven experience in people management
- Seniority and career maturity
- High negotiation and prioritization capacity with sharp sense of urgency
- Prior experience in projects and implementation of new operations
- Practical and solid knowledge in process structuring, continuous improvement, experience in areas such as Quality, Logistics, Production or Retail
- Possessing a systemic vision and sharp logical reasoning, capable of identifying opportunities and proposing improvements, making decisions based on data and indicators
- Knowing tools and methods such as root cause analysis, Ishikawa, Lean, PDCA, Google Sheets, and Google Presentations
