Senior Product Manager

We are looking for a hands-on Senior Product Manager to drive buyer growth for Mercari’s Global App. You will own growth problems end-to-end, defining the opportunity, setting clear metrics, building AI-enabled MVPs, and running disciplined experiments to deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer products
• 7-10 years of total experience including engineering, business development, growth, & marketing
• Proven ownership of growth funnels with measurable metric impact
• Strong experimentation experience (hypothesis design, A/B testing, analysis)
• End-to-end PM experience (problem definition → launch → iteration → impact)
• Strong data orientation and structured thinking
• Demonstrated judgment in prioritization and trade-offs
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity with execution speed
• AI literacy: ability to use AI for discovery, MVP creation, experimentation, and iteration
