Software Engineer, Fullstack (AI Enablement Team)

Mercari is a Japan-based C2C marketplace company looking for a Software Engineer, Fullstack to join their AI Enablement Team in Bengaluru, India. The role involves designing, developing, and operating APIs using Go and Typescript, improving services, and working with PMs on development tasks.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in full stack software development
• Experience in creating new, dynamic, front-end, and backend software products and web apps
• Experience in designing and developing databases (MySQL or similar RDBMS)
• Ability to design and develop API as product and technical requirements
• Ability to take ownership
• Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and teammates on product development
