Credit Ops Planning Specialist responsible for improving customer experience value (CX) of the credit business, creating new debt management and recovery schemes, and optimizing overall operations through business process construction and improvement.
Requirements
- Understand and share Mercari Group's mission and values
- Experience in debt management business in the financial industry
- Experience in reporting KPIs to executives or business owners
- Proficient level of Japanese language ability (CEFR - C1) and basic level of English language ability (CEFR - A2)
