EV Drive System Function Development Engineer 电动汽车驱动系统功能开发工程师

Develop and calibrate EV drivability, torque structure, and advanced drive strategies. Provide local support for MB EV variants sold in China and oversee variant development and lifecycle management for global EV projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Vehicle Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in EV Drive System function development, calibration, testing, and integration
• Hands-on experience with calibration tools such as ETAS INCA, CANape, Monaco, and Diagmera
• Familiarity with project management and issue tracking tools such as JIRA
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to facilitating changes and improvements
• Self-motivated and innovative work style, with a continuous drive to enhance work efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborative team player with a passion for knowledge-sharing and contributing to team success
• Enthusiastic about driving vehicles and open to travel as required
• Comfortable working in an intercultural environment, collaborating with a team of highly motivated engineers
• Proficient in English (both written and spoken), with excellent communication skills
• Demonstrates high commitment, a strong sense of responsibility, and a results-driven mindset
