Wiring Harness

Design and develop Wiring Harness systems for Passenger Cars in line with engineering and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to meet product development milestones and project timelines.

Requirements

• 3–6 years of overall industry experience
• 2–4 years of relevant experience in Wiring Harness Design & Development
• Strong understanding of control systems, ECUs, and electrical-electronic functions within Passenger Cars
• Technical expertise in Wiring Harness design, connector selection, electrification, DMU, and packaging
• Basic understanding of product development processes and project lifecycle management
• Experience in handling field issues with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with suppliers and cross-functional global teams
• Proven capability in technical decision-making
