Loan Car Assistant

At Mercedes-Benz of Ontario, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join the team as a Loan Car Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone with the desire to learn and develop – there are many options for growth within the Service and Parts Department!

Requirements

• Assist customers who require alternate transportation while their vehicle is in service.
• Verify customers provide proper documentation and complete appropriate paperwork before departing dealership in loan car.
• Maintain inventory status of loaner fleet and report any damages to Management.
• Maintain appropriate levels of customer service and client retention by resolving customer complaints or concerns immediately and appropriately;
