Salesforce Technical Architect - T6

Mercedes-Benz Research and Development India (MBRDI) is looking for an experienced senior Salesforce Technical Architect to drive cross-functional projects in the After Sales - Customer Services area. As a Technical Architect, you will be responsible to provide end-to-end solutions using Salesforce and Salesforce products and mentor the Salesforce team.

Requirements

• Lead Salesforce architecture; design, create and enhance application architecture and assist in shaping our platform architectural vision and roadmap plan.
• Manage Salesforce Program both technical and at people level, delivery, stakeholders, demand and risk management
• Use deep business knowledge of Salesforce Products to drive solution architecture.
• Design scalable and sustainable architecture by keeping in mind of Governor limits/API limits/Large Data Volume and instruct the solution framework to the Salesforce development team.
• Create POCs as needed to help stakeholders understand the proposed solution.
• Understand the User Stories and provide accurate workload estimates.
• Work in a consultative fashion to improve communication, collaboration, and alignment amongst teams inside and outside of your organization.
• Stay current on Salesforce releases, new features, and product roadmaps.
• Understanding of SAFE Agile framework and participate in SAFe events.
• Good Salesforce CRM Design and Architectural understanding, functional understanding.
• Review existing solutions, monitor platform health time to time, and suggest Improvement/optimizations wherever necessary.
• Present or demo functionalities where involvement is required.
• Communicate properly and make sure the information is clear and workable for all parties involved.
