Job Description
The Solution Architect will design and optimize enterprise systems, drive AI adoption, and ensure architecture alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- Collaborate with product owners on solution design and provide architecture principles
- Lead and review vendor solutions to ensure feasibility, maintainability, and scalability
- Design and implement measures for functional and non-functional requirements
- Drive and implement AI tooling and practical use cases within the sales solutions scope
- Provide technical support for application operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and complex technical issues
- Monitor system performance and stability, proactively identifying risks and implementing preventive measures
- Manage recurring problems through root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth releases and continuous improvement in support processes
- Ensure full adherence to IT control standards for all assigned applications
- Maintain rigorous compliance with corporate policies, security frameworks, and audit requirements
