Job Description
We are seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with intellectually and developmentally challenged adults, be consistent, curious, caring, and a good coach. They will be responsible for coordinating services, advocating for individuals, and building community partnerships.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years of age
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, social services or related discipline or four years of relevant experience
- Current driver's license and California automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to read, write and speak English (Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred)
