Job Description
We are a values-based company committed to fulfilling our responsibility to employees and the communities we serve. We are seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our team, providing services to intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and community.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in psychology, behavioral science, social services, or related discipline
- 4 years of relevant experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or forensic involvement
- Current driver's license and California automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
