Job Description
We are a family-oriented company providing services to intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and community. We are looking for a Direct Support Professional to work on a part-time night shift. The ideal candidate will be reliable, empathetic, and able to communicate effectively. Previous experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities is required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Relevant experience working with Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Current driver's license and California automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
