Job Description
We are seeking a Direct Support Professional to work with intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and community. The ideal candidate will be consistent, curious, caring, and a good coach, with a passion for working with families. As a member of our team, you will provide support and care to individuals with disabilities, participate in daily routines and recreational activities, and work collaboratively with our team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent
- Relevant experience working with Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
- Current driver's license and California automobile insurance coverage
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
