Job Description
We are a family-oriented company that provides services to intellectually and developmentally challenged adults in their homes and community. We are looking for a Program Instructor to join our team, who is reliable, a good communicator, and empathetic. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or medically fragile Individuals.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED equivalent and be at least 18 years old
- One (1) year of relevant experience working with Individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, behavioral challenges, dual diagnoses, or in the care of the medically fragile
- Current driver's license and California automobile insurance coverage for driving your personal vehicle to and from various community locations
- Ability to read, write and speak English. Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred
