Job Description
The Resident Director is a part-time, live-in member of the Office of Residence Life staff, responsible for assisting in the administration of a residential community and developing programs and services that support the mission of the Office of Residence Life.
Requirements
- Supervision and leadership of Resident Assistants
- Present training and program sessions for residents and staff
- Conduct weekly staff meetings with ORL staff
- Assist with selection, training, supervision and evaluation of staff members
- Conduct weekly building/area walk-through's
