Merchant & Gould, a premier intellectual property law firm, is seeking an Associate to join their patent litigation practice. The ideal candidate must have strong academic credentials and 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation.
Requirements
- Strong academic credentials
- 3-5 years of experience in intellectual property litigation
- Patent litigation experience preferred
- Degree in electrical engineering, computer science, or mechanical engineering preferred but not required
- Outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills required
