An internationally operating shipowner is seeking a Newbuild Project Manager to join its team in the Netherlands. The role offers real influence, long-term visibility, and exposure to strategically important newbuilding and fleet development programmes.

Requirements

• Degree in Naval Architecture, Shipbuilding Engineering, or Ship Design.
• A confident, structured professional able to provide clear, evidence-based technical advice.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable operating in a growth-driven environment.
• Strong interest in emission-reduction technologies and evolving regulatory frameworks.
• Experience within ship design, newbuilding, or technical project teams is highly desirable.
• Collaborative and credible, with the ability to influence across disciplines and seniority levels.
• Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally as projects demand.
