Requirements

• Pull out rolls from weaving machines
• Build pallets for finish good products (ALZD, GBW & Vinyl)
• Replenish material (Wood, hog rings, strap & clips)
• Clean the take-up area and packaging area
• Change & weld wire for weaving machines
• Turn back to the operating weaving machine when adjustments are not needed
• Perform autonomous maintenance to the turret system (Grease and oil)
• Adjust the blade in the correct position to have a good cut
• Adjust tension bracket and tension Killers
