Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (both written and spoken)
- Knowledge of English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in technology or smart home products
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries effectively
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software is desirable
