Requirements

Monitoring customer relationships and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
Handling technical questions and problems related to Eneco or Proximus products and services.
Fluent Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is a plus.
Experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Organizational skills to efficiently manage multiple customer requests.
Basic knowledge of technology and an enthusiastic approach to customer service.
Self-motivated and able to work effectively remotely.
