In this important role, you will provide exceptional support to our Czech-speaking customers, assisting them with inquiries related to public utilities services such as water, gas, and electricity.

Requirements

• Fluency in Czech and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in customer service, preferably in utilities or similar industries, is preferred
• Able to manage multiple customer inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
